Tell Us Your Love Story
How did you meet? We met at a local downtown pub on a Sunday funday!
How did he put a ring on it? Steven proposed on our trip to San Francisco. We were staying at the Fairmont on Knob Hill and he took me to their rooftop garden and got down on one knee in front of the fountain overlooking the city! We celebrated the rest of our trip going to the Red Woods and then on to Yosemite National Park.
Where did you draw inspiration from? My wedding inspo came from wanting to blend our Spanish heritage with the bohemian style we like. I love crystals and gems and wanted to make sure I had those to incorporate to create good energy for our guests! I found other inspiration from Pinterest and of course Tara Lauren photoshoots!
What were you most nervous or excited about? I wasn’t ever nervous, but was definitely excited to see how my wedding planner would bring my vision to life! And she nailed it! It was something truly out of my wildest dreams!
Now, the most important part – the Dress!
Tell us about your dress? My dress was Russo from Tara Lauren. I purchased from Solutions Bridal in Orlando Florida. I had tried on another Tara Lauren dress that I loved but still didn’t feel quite like “me.” The owner mentioned that a trunk show would be popping up the following month so I scoped out Tara Lauren Instagram to see what was traveling around and I was stunned by the Russo! I HAD to try it on! My mother, grandmother and best friend were there with me when I said YES to the dress! Such a special moment I will forever cherish!
What stockist did you get it from? Solutions Bridal! The owner Erica and her team were beyond amazing and always so helpful! And her seamstress Lorena did an spectacular job with tailoring it to fit me perfectly!

I get pretty emotional and so I didn’t want to be cry talking throughout our ceremony! But I will never forget the way my husband looked at me and said WOW when he saw me. He said the dress was “made for me!”
