Kaylee and Kameron wanted a wedding that was “… unapologetically us, even if that meant it wasn’t very traditional.”
Of her Isolde gown, Kaylee said, “… the Isolde gown is everything and anything I could’ve wanted in a dress. It was something I could’ve never imagined in my mind but when I first saw myself in it I couldn’t believe how perfect it was for me.“

Tell Us Your Love Story
How did you meet?
We are high school sweethearts. We started dating when I was a sophomore and he was a junior! Our 8th anniversary was 3 days after our wedding.
How did he put a ring on it?
He took me up the north shore, we went to an amazing brunch (my fave) then he proposed while looking over Lake Superior and Black Sand Beach, it was amazing!
Where did you draw inspiration from?
I had two requirements when I went dress shopping; one was lace, lace, lace! The other was I wanted to feel unique.
What made the wedding personal to you?
Everything about our wedding was unapologetically us, even if that meant it wasn’t very traditional.
What were you most nervous or excited about?
I really had no nerves that day, just so much excitement to see how everything came together. I was most excited about Kam seeing me for the first time walking down the aisle, and to finally be married to him. But also so excited for all my bridesmaids to see me, they hadn’t seen my dress until that day!
Now, the most important part – the Dress!
Tell us about your dress?
The Isolde gown is everything & anything I could’ve wanted in a dress. It was something I could’ve never imagined in my mind but when I first saw myself in it I couldn’t believe how perfect it was for me & how beautiful & unique it made me feel.
What stockist did you get it from?
The White Room in Minneapolis. They were AMAZING.
What was your most memorable moment from your day?
Definitely when Kam saw me walking down the aisle (he hadn’t seen me yet!) and he started crying, which was very unexpected for me and him! 😆 But also just how perfect the entire day was, we both wish we could relive it over and over again!
